Musicals have quickly become a fun past time of my life. I had been to a few musicals before arriving in London, However after arriving musicals became a part of the trip. I attended three musical and i was impressed by each and every one of them for various reasons. I have uncovered something about myself from going to London and that is that I Love musicals. Musicals about childhood movies or books are amazing to me because they help you relive your childhood while experiencing it in a different and exciting way. Musicals are so exciting and i cant wait to see more.One of the first things i did when i got home was looked up some of the musicals that will be playing in Detroit or that i just found interesting. I am so proud that i found something that i really enjoy doing and can continue to do it outside of London as well.
Charlie and the Chocolate factory was the best musical out
of all of them in my opinion. This show had sets that were amazing. If you have
ever seen the movie then you know how elaborate the different rooms in the
factory were and the musical was just like that. The show encompasses
modernization as well as the original concepts of the story as well. The casts
of the show were into character very well and they all had distinct
personalities and performed well. The show captivated me and I was glued to it
the entire time because of how exciting it was from the characters, sets,
costumes, and effects. I would suggest everyone to see this musical as soon as
possible because they will not regret it.
